Organic Natural Cafe in Medford

The salad bar is fantastic! They have these huge bowls and lots of options. The staff is always friendly and service is fast. Great vegetarian options. Probably the best in Medford. I love this place.

I wouldnt be surprised if most of these reviews are fake. The food was ok but way over priced. The staff was under trained and the cashier was rude. Usually the owners personality and professionalism reflects in their restaurant and in the employees they hire, i can clearly see that the owner needs more guidence on how to run a business. There are many more places to go for better food at a better price.

Stopped on our way from crater lake to redwood NP. AMAZING!! Great service, lots of healthy options and food was served quick. Vegan and vegetarian options available.Prices are very good and the ambiance is nice.I highly recommend this place!

people who work with food should wear their masks correctly, without their noses out. 3 of the 5 employees on the floor werent wearing masks properly.

Good clean food. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was absolutely delicious. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the potatoes had a chemical taste to them. I figured it was probably just residual soap/ cleaner on the flat top, but the lyft driver that picked me up had the exact same experience a month ago(I didn't bring it up, she did). They should either change seasoning or have more stringent policies on kitchen cleaning.

Really good but it took like 25 mins almost 30 for my wrap to come out once so my babysitter was not happy when i told her I'm just going to grab something to go real quick then i would be there. And another time there was a hair in my wrap. I ordered also a salmon eggs Benedict and it took like an hour and a half to be delivered only for it to be the WRONG THING. I don't eat meat like ham or anything and i got a ham eggs Benedict so i had to throw it away

I've been in a few times now and enjoyed each meal I've had here. The salad bar is loaded with choices so you should be able to find most anything you would want. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

The full package! Great food, great atmosphere, great service... how could you ask for more? Bring family, bring friends or have a business meeting… This place welcomes all!

Absolutely wonderful food. Had a Omelette Bar, French Toast breakfast, large fresh carrot juice and small Orange juice. 31.00 total. Fast efficient friendly staff.

Why should the customer have to guess weather or not the food they order is organic? I would eat here way more often if the ingredients in the salad bar were indicated organic or not. Now that you’ve changed your name to Rogue Organic cafe can you step it up and let your customers know more? Organic whenever possible doesn’t cut it! Especially with ingredients that are GMO and veggies that are heavily sprayed. Restaurants are using organic and local as selling points to make it look like they care and in reality they might only have 5% of their food fit with these standards. Please be more transparent.

Good coffee. Cool place to have a conversation with a friend or lover. My girlfriend and I made love in the woman's bathroom. It was a good day!

Great selections for vegetations and not bad for carnivores either.

There is so much potential for greatness, but their high turnover rate has resulted in sub-par/under-trained staff. I had made several attempts to call in an order for pickup. When I eventually had to go in to place my to-go order in person, the employees were seated in a booth, the phone was ringing, and they were ignoring it. There was a $1 upcharge for sweet potato fries, which would have been fine if I hadn't received literally 12 fries. To management: train your staff better, or you will lose more customers.

Got lunch, had a burger with fries:It's a glorified happy meal for 5× the price. Taste was alright but come on. I probably wont be going there again. Not worth it.👎👎 Also... the system is awkward and the staff are younger and somehow even more awkward. 🤣

I got a simple meal. 2 eggs, 1 piece toast, potatoes, 5 slices of fruit fruit, and a raw drink. My order cost $15. In return I got what I could have served myself back home for < 4 dollars. It's a nice place, but cost a lot for a simple meal.

Finally! Found an incredible vegan / vegetarian restaurant - cafe. Don’t worry carnivores there’s even options for you. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful remodeled older building. Fit for solo eat out jaunts to big groups. Comfy couches to old school booths. This place is designed to welcome all.

The food was great and the atmosphere nice, but the person who took our order was terrible. Not warm or inviting or even helpful. Would go back to try more of the food, but hope there is a different person on the register.

My mom and I are on a road trip and looked for local restaurants, picked this place by name alone and dropped by. I am SO glad we did, because we both were astounded at how good our food was. She got a veggie sandwich with tomato basil soup, and was so happy with it she had me taste it. That soup was phenomenal. I got a tofu wrap with veggies + hummus, and the hummus is by far the best I've ever had. It's so green and flavorful!! The tofu in the wrap was grilled to perfection, too. I'm upset we live in Texas after eating here! Staff was wonderful and so pleasant, too.

Organic and natural cafe with a large salad bar that sells by the pound and a large menu with plenty of vegan and vegetarian items along with meat. Any of their burgers can be made with tempeh, vegan veggie burger, bison or beef. Good vegan soups and they also make juice and smoothies. A favorite place for healthy eating in Medford. They have now added ice cream and they always have organic vegan donuts that are really good. Orders are taken at counter and brought to your table and most people bus their own table at the end.

I would've given this 5 stars, but I showed up tonight at 6:45 PM and the salad bar was already closed. It's open till 7, keep your salad bar open until 7! No excuse.

Love the atmosphere! Very easy to come in and relax with a chai latte while reading a book as easy going music plays in the background. But if a person is hungry, the food selection is also spectacular! As a person with a difficult diet due to food sensitivities(GF and dairy free), I can attest that finding something to eat that was enjoyable was a breeze. And the meal was all that I paid for and more. To top the experience off, the staff was very attentive and pleasant to interact with. I will definitely be stopping by again.

I was a vendor at the Art in Bloom Festival on Mothers Day weekend. The Rogue Organic Cafe was next door. It was so nice to have this place as a quick and healthy food option. I didnt have much time to slip away for food and found this cafe has a great selection at reasonable prices and quick service.

I had a wrap that was fantastic it came with fresh fries and the atmosphere was fun and rustic. They have a large variety of food, they serve breakfast all day which is always a plus. Hamburgers and 100% juice smoothies. I'm definitely going back to sample more foods. Wait staff was friendly and genuinely happy to be there and to help you. Loved it.
